*Important payment and cancellation policy update for 2019*

*Beginning January 1, 2019*


Payment Policy

All payments for scheduled psychotherapy, counseling, or spiritual life coaching sessions will need to be posted before the commencement of services. Payments made via the payment portal, typically take 5 to 10 minutes to post. To ensure enough time for your payment to post, please make payment at least 5 to 10 minutes before the start of your scheduled session.  Sessions will not start until payments are posted unless arrangements have been made with provider.  Signing into the waiting room without a posted payment does not guarantee session will begin. 


For psychotherapy patients, you are responsible for any costs not covered by your insurer to include, but not limited to, deductibles, copays, and coinsurances. 


Cancellation Policy:

Clients or patients who do not cancel their scheduled session at least 24 hours prior to the session will be assessed the full rate for the scheduled session.  Any exclusion to this policy would involve a conversation with servicing provider.
